Project Details

Complete renovation of interior and exterior of this multi-building, multi-level, historic structure built in the early 1920s. This renovation merged two buildings and Studio’s space into one. The two story central building was heightened with a breathtaking glass atrium, and the buildings’ exteriors were unified, while maintaining the historic architectural integrity of the facades. Highlights: Creation of two additional theatres. Unification of three distinct buildings to allow easy flow for actors, students and patrons from space to space. Combination of turn-of-the-century motifs with contemporary style and materials. Addition of a two story rooftop glass atrium.
