In the heart of Washington DC’s Penn Quarter arts district, this classic theatre’s 4-story administrative offices required a total gut-and-redo to modernize this historic 1880s building. K3 replaced the roof, restored masonry and stairways, and installed an elevator to accommodate offices, dance studios, classrooms and conference rooms.
