Project Details

A new three story pre-engineered metal building was connected to existing multi-purpose building. The project required extensive site-work, masonry and glass. This project was followed four years later by the addition of a Great Hall in 2006. This pre-manufactured wood arch building was complete in 90 days, while occupied and functioning. Highlights: Owner or Architect directed changes to undercut site and make other changes due to poor soil conditions. K3’s pre-construction value engineering services revised this steel and masonry structure to a pre-engineered metal building with masonry walls resulting in over $200,000 savings.
