Project Details

Historic renovation of the original late 19th century portion of Penn Place and construction of a new addition to replace the former additions constructed in the 1950-1970s. The building contains a U.S. Post Office and Town Lobby on the Plaza Level, restaurant and tenant space on the Street Level, and Town Offices and other tenant spaces on the Upper Level. Winner of the 2005 Montgomery County Award for Historic Preservation.
