Our project management teams are involved in every project from the onset. The depth of such involvement is dependent upon the timeliness and extent of services in which K3 has been engaged to perform. This early involvement of the project team ensures continuity of information and expectations from start to finish. Our project teams consist of a Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Site Superintendent. Our Project Manager has responsibility for the overall financial and contractual obligations of the project. The Project Coordinator handles much of the behind the scenes administration of contracts, document management and the submittal process. Our Site Superintendent is on site fulltime while work is being performed. The Site Superintendent is responsible for the compliance of schedule, quality and scope of work in a safe working environment.

We have a proven methodology that incorporates industry standard methods and documents into our project management software. However our systems have the ability to be customized for the individual project or client needs. We enjoy excellent vendor relationships and a vast network of professionals to engage as needed. These extensive relationships allow K3 to pair the appropriate resources to facilitate the expertise needed to match complexity, budget and schedule requirements.
