No Change Order Guarantee

K3 Construction Group, in an effort to display our commitment to the complete satisfaction of our client, and to foster a spirit of trust and teamwork, do hereby submit this guarantee concerning change orders for work involving the construction improvements.

Prior to executing the contract, K3 Construction Group, with the cooperation and assistance of our subcontractors, will complete a comprehensive site inspection and review of the construction documents. As a result of this effort, K3 Construction Group will include corrective measures in the cost of the work for any conflicts in the contract documents and existing conflicts due to field conditions. Therefore, K3 Construction Group will not request any increase in the contract sum for changes in the work caused by such conflicts if discovered after execution of the contract.

Changes in the work requested by the Owner and/or Tenant (including Architect and government officials), or changes in the work due to events or delays beyond our control (including conditions that we cannot reasonably see or access prior to the start of construction), shall be the only cause for a change to the contract.
